Uniform

St. Colman's Boys National School - Macroom

Bottle green jumper with school crest, grey slacks and white shirt. Green and yellow stripe tie. All of which may be purchased in Macroom. Black shoes are worn with uniform.

All pupils are required to have the school track suit and the school t-shirt which can be bought locally. Track suit is worn for Physical Education, Football Training, Athletics and School Outings.

A school rainwear jacket is worn by all classes. This can be purchased from T.M Cronin Ltd.

The School Blazer is worn for special occasions such as Feis Maitiú, Confirmation, First Communion and St.Patrick’s Day. The blazer is supplied by the school for these events.

St. Colman’s Boys National School located in Sleaveen East, Macroom, Co. Cork. A modern school with 10 classrooms.

Computers

Our new school has a dedicated computer room with 30 networked computers. There are also 20 iPads for classroom use

Music

We now have 30 instruments. Tin Whistle is taught in all classes in the school.We have a school choir .

Activities

Parents' Association

St.Colman’s B.N.S has a very active Parents’ Association who work with the school’s Board of Management
